Post [moved] App stuck in the queue (was Re: Welcome Publishers!)

We have submitted a really simple j2me application to OVI for publishing (ID: 30229).

Had to jump through all sorts of arcane hoops and loops to formally comply only to learn that it was a complete waste of time, money and effort.

It's been 25 days, and its status is still PENDING. As in mockery, the following message is still displayed every time I check its status:
The content item is in the QA review process. It will surface in Ovi Store usually within 6-8 business days after it was submitted to QA, pending the QA review is successful. You will receive an email notification with the QA review results.
Needless to say, no email notification has been received, the app has been neither rejected nor accepted. What is going on?

As usual, try emailing publishtoovi.support@nokia.com for help. Or simply just resubmit the app.
    Best regards,
