    Hi all

    How can I use platformRequest for the 3 textfields in my app?; textField1 = "Enter URL"
    textField2 = "Enter Google Search"
    textField3 = "Enter Wikipedia Search"

    You have to get the URL from the either of the textfield (on which you wanna)and then call the plateformRequest(URL) on that.

    Can you share the purpose behind this? What I can understand is - you are asking user to enter url in one of three textfields and then open that link in mobile browser...is it right? If yes then you may simply put a set a if else to see in which textfield user has entered the url and then use the same url to call the platform request.

    the first textfield is just any URL. The second one is where the user enters a search and then Google search results are displayed for that search. The 3rd is a wikipedia search entry textfield.

    You are not giving the complete and exact requirement,

    YOu have to at least make the selection of either of the desired textfield, and then get the URL, or pass the URL to the plateformRequest() on the basis of selection.

    What I aim to do is very much like the search bar in Opera Mini where you have an option of searching using either Google, Wiki, or Urban Dicitonary etc...

    Re: 3 textfields in form

    well using High Level graphics you could simply make a ChoiceGroup with the 3 options (like google, Wiki etc), then under that a Text Filed with the search String...
    The user will be able to select one (or multiple) then he can go to the Text Field, input the String he wants to search, afterwards click on a Command which starts the search...
    In your software you will establish which search engine has been selected by the user and call the specific url..

    Anaways you will need to read out the Search String from the TextField, then use the platfromrequest call sending your hardcoded google search String + the search string supplied by the user...
