    How to remove content from OVI?

    I contacted ovi support twice asking them to remove one of my contents, but I receive no answer from them.
    It has been one week already. What is the correct way to contact them? It seems they don't answer when I use the form on the support tab.

    Basically I would like to remove my content and it is kind of urgent - my sis file is actually a trial version and the customer needs to contact us in order to get a registration key. This is quite embarrassing for us.

    write to PublishToOviSupport@nokia.com cc me when you do. Make sure you include your account number, item information and anything possible to get the right file.

    you can actually remove your content faster than that.... you have an "unpublish" button (all the way down) in the content section when you choose a specific content (and then you can also delete it if needed).
    but can you tell us what the embarrassing part exactly? whats wrong witha trial version? or it was never ment to be published as trial but rather as full version?

    Everything is OK now.

    Yes, it was meant to be a full version, not a trial

    BTW when I sent email to PublishToOviSupport
    I got mail delivery error - it seems the correct email is publishtoovi.support@nokia.com

    You are right, it pops up automatically in my Outlook and I haven't typed it out in so long I forgot the dot.
