    Account settings

    I received an email with an app rejection:
    "However, your company name is missing. Therefore, your content was not created."

    I am trying to update my account but the site points to http://publish.ovi.com

    Do I need to be a company to publish with Ovi App Wizard?
    Do I need to register at publish.ovi.com?

    I had the same problem. I contacted the support team and the answer I got is that for an individual, the company name should be the full name. I used "-" as the company name, and my app was rejected as well. Now I can't edit my company profile, because it's locked (telling me that I should edit the account over at publisher.ovi.com, but I don't have login data for that).

    Creating a new account just because I entered some data wrong isn't really user (or in that case developer) friendly. I've given up now, as I can't create a new account, as I would need a different e-mail address. Please make the company profile editable in the App Wizard or at least allow developers to somehow fix their profile (even if it just works by sending an e-mail to the support team).

    hi, can you forward me the email from the support team to ung-ping.tian@nokia.com? what is the email address of your app wizard account?
