Angry How to create own box sms in J2ME ?

    Hello
I'm trying to develop a mobile application in J2ME which uses the sending and receiving messages on a port defined (# 0).

I want to know if possible to create an own inbox in J2ME to store my message received on my port that I set.

if you have any ideas or alternatives to help me thank you, I'm blocked at this point there. or send me on my personal box "elyse-beach86@hotmail.com.

    Tank you !!!

If by "own inbox" you mean whether your application can save the received messages somewhere, then the answer is yes, and you should study RMS and JSR-75 (FileConnection API).

If you want to store them in the same place as the device's own "Messagin" application, then the answer is no.

As you are trying to read and write the SMS on the specific port then you can do whatever you have mention.Just you send the SMS on the port and you read the same as soon as the SMS arrive at that port, and write the same SMS in RMS if required and then you draw the SMS in your application inbox and not the native inbox. This flow depends upon the requirement and the flow of your application how you wanna move with.
    Thanks with Regards,
