    Question Files manipulation

    I'm new to Midlet development. I'm working with netbeans with WTK as emulator, Nokia 5730 as a device.
    Neither with emulator nor with device, I can get access to reading a file or a data like the roots ...
    each time I run the midlet, I get the message, "allowing to get access to personal files ..." but ocene I confirm, nothing
    is done. Is it a security problem or Am i missing Something else ?
    Here is a snppet of the "critical" section where I wan to see the root names in text field.
    Enumeration roots = FileSystemRegistry.listRoots();
    String strRoots = "";
    while (roots.hasMoreElements()) {
    txtComment.setString(strRoots + " " );}

    Kind regards for your help.

    Re: Files manipulation

    Hey Welcome to the Forum Nokia Developer Boards ....
    Well before we recommend you any further solution please you go the Wireless Toolkit and in app folder there must be one application called as the PDAPDemo, please run this and go through the code.
    You yourself will find the solution,
    Thanks with Regards,
