    Problem with QBluetooth

    Hi,

    I want to develop an application in which I want to detect that call is connected Via Bluetooth Headset or not ..
    when i m trying to do so i m getting error msg "QBluetooth.lib" not found.

    Also when i m using QBtDevice i m getting following two errors :

    Undefined symbol: '__declspec(dllimport) QBtDevice::~QBtDevice(void) (__imp_??1QBtDevice@@QAE@XZ)'
    Undefined symbol: '__declspec(dllimport) QBtDevice::QBtDevice(void) (__imp_??0QBtDevice@@QAE@XZ)'

    can anyone guide me on this.This is possible in Qt or not??

    Regards,
    Monali

    Re: Problem with QBluetooth

    Hi, did you follow the "Building the library" and "Including the library" section in the Wiki page of QBluetooth?

    Because the problem you post seems like you haven't build the library at all.

    Also I am not sure if the library can give you the info that you want but I will take a look at it also and if i find something useful I will port it.

    If you have any other problem please post again and I will take a look at it.

    Re: Problem with QBluetooth

    I don't think that the library can currently do that.

    But if you find a way to obtain that information with Symbian code then I would be glad to add it to the library.

    I will take a look at it a bit more to find a solution in Symbian code, but until now I haven't be lucky.

    Re: Problem with QBluetooth

    Hi,
    to ensure everyone is aware of the current situation : there is no Qt bluetooth library available yet. Mobility project will be doing it later on. Assuming the bluetooth discussed here is a 3rd party provided solution.

    Thanks jack But By adding bluetooth library to the *.pro file and then calling qmake for updating the specific Symbian project files..i found QBluetooth.lib

    Re: Problem with QBluetooth

    Yes as Jack said this library is a third party implementation which is simply uploaded on Wiki page in case it is useful to others.

    If you experts believe that the name of the project has to be changed to avoid misunderstandings please inform me. It is just that I uploaded this library to the Wiki a month ago and I haven't heard any complains yet.
