Flash Lite Online Packager Broken Link

    Good day all,

I am glad and relieved to see the online packager back, however when giving it a test run, it packaged my SISX file and gave me the following download link 011234abcd.zip. This however is a broken link. Anyone with a solution or the same problem?

    Regards

Re: Flash Lite Online Packager Broken Link

    Hi,
I am also facing a different kind of problem i.e., as soon as my swf file and the contents upload (100%) I am re-directed to the same page. Can you please help me resolve this issue.
My swf file is around 9 MB.
The external videos are around 25 MB.

    Regards,
    Elmi...

    Hey Elmi?

Think we just have to package as WRT widgets for now. Please navigate to this link - http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...Tutorials.html

I downloaded the tutorials and I am now following the packaging instructions. However I hope you plan to stream videos as FLVs for Flash Lite 3 and above. It's a bit tricky with lower versions as the only approach that seems to work is RTSP, which can be a bit of a headache.

I have however participated in the online survey and I did mention the broken links on the online packager.

    Good luck man!

Re: Flash Lite Online Packager Broken Link

    Hi Seth:

It may be that the UID you specified was too many characters long. The broken link you mentioned was 011234abcd.zip. This suggests that you entered 011234abcd as the UID. It should only be 8 hex characters. Can you try again with an 8 character one, such as one from the Symbian unprotected test range 0xe0000000 - 0xefffffff and see if that works?
