    Question open site after open app...............

    how to make app in j2me named suppose google after opening this app directly open google.com,whats the step need to do this?

    Look up the platformRequest() API in the SDK documentation (or search here or in the wiki for examples).

    Hey at the time of the application launches so you can put the google opening code in either constructor of the MIDlet or in the startApp() ...so the time app will launched the same URL will be called.Please note that on S40 devices you have kill the application/midlet and then call will be performed, on s60 you need not to kill the same.

    i search for platformRequest(),try to use it but got an error:

    cannot find symbol
    symbol : method PlatformRequest(java.lang.String)
    location: class hello.HelloMIDlet
    PlatformRequest("http://www.google.co.in");
    1 error

    Either share the code or tell us how are you making the call the method?

    You have to use the MIDlet reference in order to call this method.
