    Video Rendering

    Hi all,

i don't know if is a stupid question but is possible to render a video in a buffer instead of on the display through the Graphics class?
I would to play a video and render it not on the device's screen (i don't want to visualize the video playback) but on a Image buffer, so that i can register the video's frames on the buffer itself.

    Best regards

How can i set the destination of the Graphics object passed to the paint(Graphics) method of the class that extend a Canvas to a image's buffer instead of the display?

I'm looking for the doubleBuffering mechanism. This mechanism is supported by the device so the video playback before catching up the display pass on this system's buffer.
Is this buffer accessible? Can i read data from this buffer?

    Best regards
