    Question 6212 device : unable to write in internal Mifare tag

    Hi all,
    I have problems writing to the internal Mifare 4K card in the 6212 device.
    I'm running the MFStandardExample sample code (\Nokia\Devices\S40_Nokia_6212_NFC_SDK\examples\MFStandardExample). This application fails while trying to write to it.
    sample code :
    Code:
    String internalUrl = System.getProperty("internal.mf.url");
    conn = (MFStandardConnection) Connector.open(internalUrl);
    // [...]
    mad = conn.createApplicationDirectory(null, MY_KEY, MFStandardConnection.MAD_V1);
    The last line is the problematic one.
    I get a com.nokia.nfc.nxp.mfstd.MFStandardException saying "write failed".
    My problem is somewhat similar to this one.
    I've tried to modify the sample code in order to write data directly but without success.
    Is it because I'm not using the right Mifare key ? I'm using the one provided in the sample.
    I'm signing my application (using a real certificate), & my device is unlocked.
    Please note I'm working on a real 6212 device, not the emulator. Please also note that I'm not talking about a ISO 14443-4 connection to the secure element.
    Thanks for your help.

    Cool Re: 6212 device : unable to write in internal Mifare tag

    So the error code in the MFStandardException was ERROR_AUTH, so I deduced I had to unlock the device, which I did, which solved the problem.
