    Re: Memory card availablity

    Hello Swapnil Desai,

    you can check the availability of currently mounted root file systems on a device by using

    FileSystemRegistry.listRoots();

    There is minor difference on Nokia platforms (Series 40 and Symbian) what the method returns:

    "javax.microedition.io.file.FileSystemRegistry

    java.util.Enumeration listRoots()

    In Symbian, the method returns both virtual and physical roots, for example c:/ , e:/ , Internal/ , Memory card/. For more information on virtual roots, see Virtual file system.

    In Series 40, this operation is supported as described in the JSR-75 specification."
