Symbian Signed, express or certified ?

ok, in publisher guide say for Flash Application - Flash Lite applications must be Symbian Signed, express or certified, for S60 devices

ok, what that means? I cannot put my .sisx self-signed? or not? or do I have to purchase some publisherID? i though that 50E will get me to publish to OVI...

    what is symbian signed?
    what is express?
    what is certified?

Usually, Express Signed is enough (not saure whether Flash Lite apps can use advanced capabilities).

It is cheaper, and if you are somewhat prominent your apps never get audited.

    Hi,
to be honest: if they know that you write for multiple magazines, have large blogs, a carrier CEO as friend etc and can KICK THEIR HIDE _HARD_, they tend to roll over.

Officially they deny it, but my experience shows it.
