    Developer Certificate Request PROBLEM

    Dear All,
I'm facing with a strange problem. Few day ago we bought a Publicher ID form trustcenter.de.
After the export from firefox as PKCS12, I extracted certificate and key with openssl

    1) openssl pkcs12 -in devcert.p12 -clcerts -nokeys -out certificate.pem
    2) openssl pkcs12 -in devcert.p12 -clcerts -nocerts -out private-key.pem

    Convert into .der/.key

    1) openssl x509 -in certificate.pem -inform PEM -out certificate.cer -outform DER
    2) openssl rsa -in private-key.pem -outform DER -out private-key.key

Then following the instuction of this link :

I received an error message at the end :

"Sorry, there were problems processing your Symbian Developer Certificate Request file"

I tryed both with certificate and key in PEM format, but same error.
Even with the Carbide plugin, when I try to import ACS ID CErtificate and Private key (.cer/.key) I receive another error message :

"Import failed! The certificate file cannot be copied to the database"

Does anybody can help me with this problem ?
    Thanks in advance,

    Re: Developer Certificate Request PROBLEM

Why did you use OpenSSL directly and not the batch script recommended by Symbian Signed? The DER conversion seems not to be needed.
Post your problem on Symbian Signed's support forum at Symbian Foundation's web site and you will receive assistance from the right people.
