    Export and Import Calendar Event

    Hello,

    Is it possible to retrieve details from calendar like birthday reminder, note and meeting in J2me? If the answer is yes; please give me suggestions or example code. The answer is no; please give me reason why we not getting calendar details(Birthday reminder, Note)?

    Thank you ektasrv. I have tried Export & Import calendar code. But it display only Meeting Category VCard not showing the Birthday reminder and notes.

    Try PDAPDemo WTK example on your target device see, what all list and info it can get.

    I am trying on Nokia 40series(6233) and 60series(5800) handsets.

    You might find some difference in PIM implementation on S40 and S60, so try PDAPDemo on both the devices and see is it able to list all the Calendar list that you want from your program?

    Thank you Ekta. I was tried PDAPDemo application on S40 and S60. The application is worked on both phones.

    Now if you are able to see Birthday reminder and notes on both the devices, go thu the code of PDAPDemo and fix the issue with your code where you are not able to get these.
