Question How to query latitude and longituded using cellid, mnc, mcc, etc?

    Hi friends,

I searched around internet, found many links about GPS,network positioning of many kinds,e.g python, java, but except symbian c++,and no link answered my question.

did any friend use cellid, mnc, mcc, etc to map with google map to get coordinate(latitude, longitude) before?
    How to do?

The url to be sent to google map should be like what? Like http://www.google.com/glm/mmap/mnc=S...llid=SomeValue or what?

And what kind of message will be returned by google map? Joson or xml?

Would some guy help me out??? Please.

The last question is http://www.google.com/glm/mmap return 400,it is not valid any longer? Is there another map database to replace with google map? If yes, what to do?

    Please hlep.

Thank you very much. Any helpful hint is appreciated.

You can partner with mobile network operators to get such database, look for community driven ones, or create your own.
