    showFullScreen() and focus problem

    Hi Devs,

    I'm having an issue with QWidgets using showFullScreen(). Let's assume that you have a Main Window "A" in full screen mode, then you open another window B with showFullScreen(). When you close the window B.. the window A doesn't get the Focus and you can't do anything with the Window A, the keys are not responding.

    Anyone has the same problem?

    I'm using Nokia E71 (3.1) with Nokia Qt SDK.

    Hi, alexismedina

    You can use the showMaximized() option . In this option both the soft keys will work.
    Best regards,

    Thanks rahulvala for your reply.

    Actually, my problem isn't the softkeys (I don't need them).. my problem is that the hole window lose the focus, and I can't use the keyboard of the phone. I can't use use left/right/up/down keys from the phone when the window B is closed.

    I'm guessing you may need to do either setFocus() or grabKeyboard() for "A". Though doing a simple raise() or show() may do the job. The intricacies of device key focus are rather arcane and mysterious.

    Thanks danhicksbyron for your reply.

    Using showMaximized() and activateWindow(), on Window A did the trick.
