    QGroupBox with transparent background

    Hello there,

    I'm trying to use QGroupBox inside a QWidget, the QWidget has a gradient background. When I use QGroupBox, the result is like:

    I try to set background-color: transparent, setWindowOpacity(), and nothing changes,

    Is there anyway to make the QGroupBox transparent (without losing the gradient in the QWidget) ?

    Thanks.

    Re: QGroupBox with transparent background

    I am fairly certain that it is a bug in QS60Style when it is drawing a groupbox. It seems to ignore user defined backgrounds. Please raise a bug report to http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com and preferably add an example app to check your issue.

    Re: QGroupBox with transparent background

    I use the "background: transparent" can make the background transparent. And I also want to set border color with
    border-color: rgba(230,230,230,60%);
    , but it seems no effect on the border color. Do you know why ?

    Just add
    Code:
    border: 1px solid
    before "border-color: ... " is OK.
