Hey Welcome here on Forum Nokia Discussion Boards!!!

How you came to know that the neither key pressed nor the keyreleased was not called?

I am more than sure that all the keys works properly for this device.May be after this is a firmware issue and hence can be resolved after updating the same.Plz check and verify.
    Thanks with Regards,

Some keys are so called dead keys or modifiers, which in themselves do not register as individual events/keys, but only in combination with some other key(s). Some hardware keys are also such that are never provided to applications.
