If you are interested in QuickTime development, first of all you've chosen wrong forum, this one is related to Qt development.
You can consider reading this books about QuickTime development:

Divanov's being cute (or should I say Qt). But frankly I haven't found any particularly good Qt books, and the online documentation (several sources) is pretty good. (Normally I prefer books, but I've managed quite well with the online docs for Qt.)

    Here's a good starting place: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Qt_for_Symbian

And of course you want to see the online reference doc, which has a lot of good info besides the pure reference: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6-snapshot/index.html

Buddies, many appreciate for your replies.
@Divanov, I mean Qt(cute), not the misunderstanding "QT".

    Hi,
I have had a decent experience with the official book from TrollTech - it was written by a guy called Jasmin Blanchette, and I bought a pretty old version in German of it some time ago.

And, if you look for Qt hints, start looking here:

    You nailed him. thats it.

My version was current as per Qt 4.2 or so. There maybe even a newer version!
