    Re: lib

Try placing it directly in lib folder of the project - wkt/apps/myproject/lib/myjar.jar

And then import simply like - com.hp.me.class.*

No need to set any class path.
    Thanks,
    Ekta

    Re: lib

If i keep the file their I get an exception from that jar file.
    java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/ws/Service
That is why I have placed the jar file inside ase folder.

I was able to use this jar using normal java.

And what does this means( I'm using wireless toolkit version 2.2
e:\WTK22\apps\myproject\src\sendresponse_xml\schemas\SendResponse.java:30: annotations are not supported in -source 1.3(use -source 5 or higher to enable annotations)

You need to copy the contents of the library JAR (the .class files) into your JAR. Your IDE probably has some feature for this (like Order and Export in eclipse's build-path configuration).

You are using Java 5 source code syntax, which is not compatible with J2ME.

You may use only Java 2 syntax when developing for mobile phones. No annotations, no generics, no enumerations, no "for...each".
