    j2me application

    Hi
    i want the application to autostart.
    is there any option to autostart the application.
    Or and sample code in j2me or java to autostart the application



    if any one knows please reply me.

    try this Jad attribute:

    Nokia-MIDlet-auto-start

    Series 40 3rd Edition FP 2

    Indicates how the MIDlet is auto-started at power on.

    yes, no, or once

    Example:

    Nokia-MIDlet-auto-start: yes

    Well you should first make this clear that either you wanna start your application at the time of the device boots up or at the specified time.
    If the case is of the device booting/power on then you follow the ekta's superb reply or if the case is at the specified time then you must follow the BinLaden's reply.
