    how to create a new dynamic list

    Hi i am new to j2me, i am trying to display my results on a new list i dont know how to create a new list,
    i want to create a list with the search results as list elements. My code is something like that

    if(s==auc1[i].toString() || s1==auc1[i].toString() || s2==auc1[i].toString())
    {
    System.out.println("found in array auc1"+auc1[i]);

    }

    now instead of system.out.print method i want to display the result in new list(inside the MIDlet) with result as list elements which can be clicked further .

    Please help

    Re: how to create a new dynamic list

    Because this is a very very basic question I'd firstly advise you to learn the basics of J2ME, for example through a tutorial on the net or simply by buying an beginner's book...
    Now back to your question, I used Google and within 3 seconds I found the following site which would be perfect dor your needs, it explains the basics and also has a List example :

    Note: please don't send private questions to me, as I don't have time to provide private support. All such questions should be posted on public forums, where I and others can see and answer them.
