    hangup a call using AT command

    Hello,
    i m trying to hangup call using AT command at the time status Connected. i m calling a method in which i m sending the ATH command. but its not working at all the application cresh at the line

    "TRAPD(err,iComm.Write(commStatus,iReplyData));"
    this code is called when status is connected.

    case CTelephony::EStatusConnected:

    Hello ,
    i m just logging there .i think prob. is some where in commStatus ,or some where else but unable to hangup the call.

    please check the panic code for the crash, it might help. Anyway, for hang-up I would try CHUP instead of ATH .

    hello ,
    prob. is not about using ATH or AT+Chup commands prob is same with both.i m trying to block voice call is possible using these commands. if possible can i get some code. for error i doing this

    if(err != KErrNone)
    {
    RFileLogger::Write(KErrorLogDir, KErrorLogFile, EFileLoggingModeAppend, _L("Error occurred in Write"));
    }
    RFileLogger::Write(KErrorLogDir, KErrorLogFile, EFileLoggingModeAppend,_L("after write"));
    but no loge comes only i get status change log that is state Idel.

    Please do read what is posted, and please do provide the information asked, otherwise you make it lot harder to anybody to help you. So, as your application is crashing, do check the panic cpode for the crash, and provide it in your next post.

    now i m using TRAPD so app is not crashing but in err may be KErrNone is coming let me check i may have to sign my application and test it on device that take lot time .while i want to ask is it possible to block voice call using AT commands. i think Santanu have done it.

    You can hang-up call when it is ringing with the AT Command Chup. so please do the testing and if you have problems, then ask then again.

    Need Assistance regarding the ATH command

    I need to hang up the call using the ATH command mandatorily ..

    So , the procedure i am following is

    1. ATD8581235678;
    Response : OK
    2 . call is in progress
    3. Now , i want to hang up the call ..using ATH command

    so , i am issuing the command ATH

    But , the call is not hanging up
    PLease do let me know where am i going wrong

    I have no experiences with dial commands on mobiles, however in the good old modem-days, ATD and ATA switched the set into data transfer mode by default, and the escape sequence (default: +++) was required for returning to command mode.

    I am trying to use the AT+CGPADDR command i..e to show the PDP address , but its raising up an error .

    Syntax of the command is : AT+CGPADDR?
    ERROR
    AT+CGPADDR=?
    ERROR
    AT+CGPADDR
    ERROR

    I am able to hang up the call , using the ATH command now ..

    procedure is

    ATD8581234567;
    OK
    AT+CVHU=0 [ ATH IS NOT IGNORED]
    OK
    ATH [ VOICE CALL DISCONNECTS ]
    OK
