    Regarding J2ME

    Hi,

    can anyone tell me that, can we connect websites like google, gmail through emulator...if it's possible tell me how it'l be.
    im new to j2me.

    well through j2me you can start up the internal web browser...
    for that you should use the platformRequest() method (google that)..
    I am assuming you want to open a site through j2me code right ?

    Thanks yar...by using platformRequest() method sites are opening on the desktop browser not in the emulator platform. help me how to open any website on the emulator/device.

    the emulator simply calls the platform-specific browser which in this case (on your pc) its the standard browser...
    If you try it through a Nokia emulator (like a S60 emu) it should work, if you try it on a real device it will work as well...
    As far as I know it only starts the pc's browser when you try that on the WTK emulator...

    Hi Tiger79,

    I did sliding images application..when i click on right arrow next image will come as what size it contains..now i want to display those images appear in the total complete screen of emulator...
