    Unhappy firefox issue,chorme issue of xmlhttpRequest.

    hi all,
    not sure this is an latest fix for firefox or not, when I made a normal xmlHttpRequest like following in firefox,
    Code:
    	if (req.readyState == 4) {
    		//alert("status: " + req.status);
    		if (req.status == 200) {
    			//alert("got response! stat =200");
    			debug("response: " + req.responseText);

    			 try {
    				 callback(eval('(' + req.responseText + ')'));
    				// debug("done calling callback");
    			 } catch (ex) {
    			 debug("processStateChange ex: " + ex, true);
    			}
    		}
    		else {
    			debug("req.status != 200, status: " + req.status);
    		}
    	}
    I've never get status ==200, instead, i've always got status ==0, same for chorme, has anyone encountered the issue like me and is there any way to we can do? I'm using WRTKit at the moment so really need to debug under firefox can make my life a bit easier.. thnx

    What about doing something like this:

    Code:
    try {
    	netscape.security.PrivilegeManager.enablePrivilege('UniversalBrowserRead');
    } catch (e) {
    	alert("Error security: " + e);
    }
    Before you start your HTTP request.
