    Re: WB-AMR SPEECH CODEC

If that particular detail is not listed in the device specifications here

    http://www.forum.nokia.com/Devices/D...rix_all_1.html

    then I don't know.

Why do you need such info?

    Hi,

The source petrib shared here is valid.

Please try copy-pasting this link to your browser:

    http://www.forum.nokia.com/expert-search/?view=ds

The search is very detailed only in Expert Mode.

This you can access via the "Expert Search" functionality.

New Search | Basic Search | Expert Search | Help

Then go to "Multimedia" and select the "audio format" option list.

Create a search that contains "audio format" + "must" + "be equal to" + "AMR-WB"

Then hit the green "Go" button and wait for a moment.

You should receive a list as follows:

Please let us know if this is not what you were looking for, ok?

    Thanks Marco,
Do you know if a handset supports WB-AMR audio codec then it supports WB-AMR speech codec (HD voice clear calls)?

    Re: WB-AMR SPEECH CODEC

    Hello there,

There is one list another here, you could use to do some checking for our devices

    http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._Nokia_devices).

For VoiP calls the AMR-WB is there. SIP over VoiP is there, e.g. (E75) / SIP / WIFI.

Voice codec for example E52 there is AMR-WB for CS-calls.
    http://www.nokia.co.uk/find-products...?page=inthebox

Actually no, direct 1:1 relationship with AMR-WB audio <-> AMR-WB-speech - it depends.

    Re: WB-AMR SPEECH CODEC

    Thanks for the clarification

Is there a table for CS calls like the one you sent for VOIP calls (http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._Nokia_devices)
where it is mentioned the speech codecs available for each Nokia handset model?
