Most SDK-s do not contain anything like that. You can certainly find it in the source code (available on http://developer.symbian.org), but it may also matter what you expect from this file.

    Re: #include <ctsy/rmmcustomapi.h>

if it is not available at symbian foundation, then you could try API partnering, i.e. open a technical support case for your use case, and if the use case would require this API, the technical support person would direct you on API partnering. Anyway, do prepare a good business case for API partnering.

    Re: #include <ctsy/rmmcustomapi.h>

    But it is probably there.
    - link in #2
    - Source / Browse code
    - Search OSS code
    - File path: rmmcustomapi.h
    - Code line: Symbian^3 (PDK 3.0.3)
    - Search
The second hit (out of 2) is a rather big file. Of course it still matters what people expect from it.
