Question How to capture a app-launch/close event and get its UID?

    Hi all!
My requirement is that I wanna listen the launch or close event of any app installed in my mobile phone in my app.
And when they launch or close, I can record the UID and status in my log.
For example , after launching this app and setting it to backstage, I open a notebook app, and close it .
Then I can find the log info like this, "0xEA1E70CF::start" and "0xEA1E70CF::end".
    Thank you for you help!!!
