Download Nokia Qt SDK and install it
    http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...ia_Qt_SDK.html
it already contains Qt Mobility libraries.

    For Symbian phones:
If using QT 4.6.x or older:
    1. get newest Mobility for Symbian http://qt.nokia.com/products/appdev/...-apis/mobility
    2. extract package and read INSTALL.symbian
    3. Compile QT-mobility examples.

Starting from QT 4.7 Mobility is part of the QT core package.

None of these are actually correct.

Nokia Qt SDK already contains Qt Mobility development files, thus there is no need to download and/or setup anything else.
Qt Mobility is not going to be part of QtCore in any observable future.

Personally I had problems using Nokia Qt SDK with Symbian machines. Haven't tried with the newest version.

Ok, maybe not QtCore, but how about QtNetwork module?

Only Bearer Management was moved from Qt Mobility to QtNetwork. No changes for other APIs.
