    about RWindowBase

    Question 1:
    if my application doesn't have any CCoeControl object, how can I get an available pointer or object of RWindowBase? e.g from CoeEnv etc.

    Question 2:
    Code:
    iControl = new( ELeave )CCoeControl( CCoeEnv::Static() );
    iControl->ActivateL();

    RWindowBase* windowBase = iControl->DrawableWindow();
    why the pointer - windowBase is NULL?

    thanks!!

    Why do you need the RWindowBase ? and have you implemented any GUI elements in that executable ?

    Re: about RWindowBase

    you could maybe just contruct your own RWindow, it can be easily done in non-application-framework application.
