    compile pys60 2.0.0 src

I'm getting the following error when I try to compile the python src bundle 2.0.0. - [CommandFailedException: Command "perl \epoc32\tools\scanlog.pl" failed with code "2"]

I'm trying to produce a version of the PythonShellScript with particular capabilities, that the released binaries don't have.

I have setup the t: drive in python. I'm using SDK 3rd Ed FP1.

    Stuck. Any help appreciated.

    Re: compile pys60 2.0.0 src

Have you copied the epoc32 file from python folder to the symbian SDK folder. (Means you have to copy and paste) ?

So new epoc32 will replace the old one.

You can just check here : https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_id=854

    Best regards,

    Re: compile pys60 2.0.0 src

If you mean the epoc32 from the Pys60 SDK FP1, then yes is the answer.

More detail: The error happens when the following is executed...

    Entering "C:\...pys60-2.0.0_src\src\newcore\symbian\group"
    Running "bldmake clean"
    - bldmake clean
    The error thrown is:
[CommandFailedException: Command "perl \epoc32\tools\scanlog.pl" failed with code "2"]
It seems like the Perl environment does see the python association of drive t: with the SDK root because if I navigate down to folder "newcore\symbian\group" and run 'perl c:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\epoc32\tools\scanlog.pl', it works.

    Any ideas how to fix?

Forgot to say that I am trying to run
    setup.py configure -s 32gcce -c "......"

    Re: compile pys60 2.0.0 src

    A couple of ideas:
    - You know you have C:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\epoc32\tools\scanlog.pl, but do you have T:\epoc32\tools\scanlog.pl ?
    - From your post, it seems you are invoking the action on the C: drive (Entering "C:\..."). Have you tried doing the same on the T: drive?
