best practice to manage class MIDlet project and minimize memory occupation?

    Dear all,

i have a Midlet project that consits from a lot of Form/ List screen.
i separate class into MVC that separate logic class and ui class.
and i wonder, is my project occupying much memory?

what is the best practice to minimize occupying memory?

Anybody know how to manage them correctly?

should i create all Form/List object in one MIDlet class
    or
i separate all Form/List into each class?

    thanks in advance,
