    how to read the message(SMS) from inbox using j2me(midp2.0)

    HI ALL,

    i want to access the inbox message text from j2me application.Please give me a way to get this problem.I have no idea abt accessing inbox...

    How to do?

    Unfortunately you cannot. There is no access to the SMS inbox from Java ME. You can send SMS messages and you can receive SMS messages (if your MIDlet is listening to the port the SMS is sent to) - however you cannot receive normal SMS messages which end up in to the Inbox.

    If you really need access to the inbox and you are using Symbian devices, check Symbian C++ or Qt (Qt Mobility API supports Messaging)
