    How to detect QListWIdget item Pressed and hold long time

    Hi all,

    I am implementing the delete option from the QListWidget, for N900 device. As I saw from N900 contacts are deleted from the list holding the cell in the list for couple of seconds, then option view will appear whether to delete or not.

    I want to implement in the same way, but I am not getting how to detect item in QListWidget pressed and hold long time.

    Please let me know how to achieve this , its very argent

    Thanks in advance

    I should warn you that I am just learning!
    However if I were you I would likely use a single shot QTimer to achieve this.
    List_item_pressed-> starts timer
    On timout-> if(list_item_pressed)
    run routine

    HTH!
    Cheers,
    Jon
