    Exclamation Hi again!! Failed to purchase Content IDs!!

    Hi SymbianSigned team:

    I've sent a email twice to symbiansigned@symbian.org about failed to purchase content IDs before, but nobody gave me answer till now!!
    On 12/31 2010 ~02:20 Beijing time I've purchased 1 and 5 content IDs by PayPal (total 6 content IDs).
    Here is the purchase order number: 84T01575BS806594P & 3JV721430R5933831.
    However so far these 6 content IDs are NOT in my SymbianSIgned account (zuolin@mo-app.com) yet!!
    So that we can NOT deliver the client version to the custom on time!!!

    Could you please give me check for this!!!!! Please!!!!
    Waiting for the answer online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have some previous experience in purchasing content ids.
    If you do not have paypal account and pay by credit card( still through paypal), it happens. Content ids do not reflect immediately in you account.
    But if you have a paypal account and pay through it , content ids always reflected immediately in my account.

    is the purchase reflected in your PayPal account?

    It is possible that SymbianSigned has been affected by the latest events regarding the Symbian Foundation. But I would expect the purchasing of Content IDs to be an automatic process, without the need for human intervention on Symbian Signed side.

    Also, I wouldn't dare to publisize private information, such as my SymbianSigned login name.

    Hi both, thanks for you replies!
    The purchase is still not reflected in my SymbianSigned account, but it has reflected in my PayPal and I've received the email of payment receipt from PayPal
    Actually I've ever met this kind of problem about one year ago. I just solved this problem by sending the email to symbiansigned@symbian.org. They gave me the human intervention.
    But this time, I sent the several email to request the help, so far nobody answer me. And i wouldn' t purchase content ids again before this problem solved.

    I checked the Paypal history and found that this payment was sent to Nokia Corporation, not the Symbian Foundation Limited.
    I've purchased the content ids several times before 2010-Oct-14, and the Paypal history shows payment to Symbian Foundation Limited and at that moment the content ids could be reflected in my symbian signed account immediately.

    I'm not sure if this is the problem. So just now I tried again to purchase from SymbianSigned website, it guides me to paypal with payments for Nokia Corporation.

    Hi,

    Nokia took over the Symbian Signed service in the beginning of this year from Symbian Foundation. Thus the payment was sent to Nokia Corporation. We are looking into this issue at the moment to solve it asap.

    Hi,

    Could you send the Invoice IDs, which can be found from the receipt you received via e-mail from PayPal, to symbian.signed(at)nokia.com, so we can take it further.

    Could you please give me help for pushing the allocation of content IDs? I've sent the email to symbian.signed(at)nokia.com with the Invoice ID. but so far nobody answer me yet!
    And there is still no content ID in my SymbainSigned account!
