    N97 DEVICE SLOWER THAN EMULATOR

    Hi,

I am developing a game for Nokia N97 device using N97 Emulator.
Now my problem is that the game is running quite slow on device.
Game speed & game experience is normal on emulator but game is too slow on device that it screws the game-play experience.

Do you have any idea why the response of Device is far slower than Emulator?
& how to fix this problem?

Re: N97 DEVICE SLOWER THAN EMULATOR

Yes. The emulator is running on your pc (let's guess, 2MHz, dual core Pentium), and the phone has a 400MHz ARM processor. That equates to around 20 times the processing power on your pc.

The solution, I'm afraid, is to make your game run faster...

    Graham.
