    capability error-Step 4: Declarative Statement

    Hi,
i created my sis file by using publisher id when i send it to express sign it showing the error like below,
    "Step 4: Declarative Statement
We have scanned your application and it does not use any capabilities that require you to complete "Declarative Statements." We are working to remove this step completely but in the meantime just click to finish. "

is there any solution.what capabilities to require express sign?
    please help me.

I don't see any error there, thus what prevents you on just following the instructions and actually clicking the Finish button ?

Step4: declare and specify which of the capability you have used in your application like as ReadUserData, ReadDeviceData ....etc or Ya manufactured Capability like as Network control, allfiles soon...

If you have not used any capability than click on next button....

Thanks for the reply, but what is the meaning of the below message ?while i creating the devcert i included all the capabilities listed in the wizard.

"We have scanned your application and it does not use any capabilities that require you to complete "Declarative Statements." We are working to remove this step completely but in the meantime just click to finish. "

Re: capability error-Step 4: Declarative Statement

Dev certs have nothing to do with Express signing submissions, and express signed submissions do not concern on what capabilities your development time certificates are capable of handling.

The thing what express signing submission looks, is the actual capabilities defined for your executables, i.e. the ones that you are defined to be used in the mmp file.

The statement basically means that the capabilities that you are using in your application are not requiring any additional declarative statements with the Express signing.
