    Install application with existing sqlite database in mass storage in symbian(N-97)...

    Dear Friends,
    Can anybody tell me why the code mentioned below for database work when i installed the application in C: drive of mobile , but it is not get connected when i am installing in the mass storage of mobile.

    databasefiles.sources = DB.sqlite
    databasefiles.path = .
    DEPLOYMENT += databasefiles

    Can anybody tell me what is wrong with this pro. file code when i am installing the sis in mass storage of mobile.????

    It works. It's just that you're not addressing the database properly. SQLite is fussy.

    Generally I recommend that you set a QFileInfo to the DB file and verify it's there, then get the path with absoluteFilePath(). Next use QDir::toNativeSeparators() to translate the path to "native" format. Pass that to setDatabaseName().
