    QBluetooth

    Hi!

    I want to use bluetooth API in Qt for S60 (nokia n95 8 gb)
    and I saw that the only solution is QBluetooth, but it does not work, no
    I compiled, just when he declared # include <QBluetooth> gives me
    error.

    I'm using the binaries that come with QBluetooth library, copying
    folder EPOC32 and EPOC32 combined with my folder. I put in the
    . pro:

    symbian{
    INCLUDEPATH += /epoc32/include/QBluetooth
    LIBS += -lQBluetooth

    customrules.pkg_prerules = \
    ";QBluetooth" \
    "@\"$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32/InstallToDevice/QBluetooth_selfsigned.sisx\",(0xA003328D)"\
    " "

    DEPLOYMENT += customrules
    }

    Any help??, is there another way to access the bluetooth
    Nokia Qt?, the only thing I want is to find devices that are
    available, nothing more, not connect to them or anything, just that.

    Thanks

    Best regards,

    Yes, but i use http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...e_the_binaries

    I do not compile my own library QBluetooth. (Is it obligatory?) because I
    I have to download and install carbidec + +, etcetera, that I have not. I use
    QtCreator Nokia SDK. Is there any library compiled and ready to
    use?.

    Thanks

    No you are not oblidged to compile the library, as you did you can just use the binaries as mentioned above.

    Now....about the error you are getting, i can only imagine that the copy of the binary files (bin\epoc32 to S60SDK\epoc32) was not successful or not at the correct folder. I say that because as you said it can't even find the headers.

    Secondly, as general information, you ( and anyone else) can build the library using both Carbide and Qt Creator. If someone uses Qt Creator it would be for the best to look first the possible errors he might have from here: https://projects.forum.nokia.com/qbl...blebuilderrors

    I copy the folder:

    C: \ QBluetooth \ bin \ epoc32

    which is what is on file in the library QBluetooth

    in my folder:

    C: \ NokiaQtSDK \ Symbian \ SDK

    The SDK folder is another EPOC32 folder. I copy and tell me if I combined the two folders, and I say YES.

    When compiling a simple project that only has the statement # include <QBluetooth>, I get the error that is not found.

    I'm desperate, any help?

    Thanks.
