    I have other questions:

1- If I use my Nokia 30 as a modem GSM (Without M2M plataform) can I run a program (In Java or similar language) that is inside the modem recorded in SIM CARD?

2 - What is SAT (SIM CARD Application Toolkit?

The SIM application tool kit is not supported by the Nokia 30.

You can use SIM application tool kit for example so that you have made some extra setting to you mobile phone's menu where you can choose "get number".
When you choose "get number", it will send SMS message to the some predefined number.
When the response comes from that predefined number the mobile phone will interpret the SMS message response and shows the answer in the UI (display) of the mobile phone.

The Nokia30 does not have display, so it is impossible to do this kind features with it.
