    Angry Open Signed Offline problem

Hi, I just tried to generate a DevCert for new IMEI and got following message:

Your Open Signed Offline request has failed.
There are several reasons why this may have happened:
    1. You did not use a Publisher ID to create the .csr file for this request
    2. Your Publisher ID was issued within the last 24 hours, please wait until 24 hours after the Publisher ID was issued before requesting
    3. Your Publisher ID is in a format that is not compatible,
see this posting for more information.
My Publisher ID is valid till 10.08.2011. I used it many times before. CSR was generated sucessfully. Only 18 items in IMEI list.
    So, whats the problem?
    Should i attach CSR here?

    Re: Open Signed Offline problem

Well, there was a service break and now they are saying that all services are up and running. I am not sure about this particular issue but people are facing problems with OpenSigned Online. See some recent tweets from SymbianSigned: http://twitter.com/#!/SymbianSigned

    Open Signed Offline- request fails

I'm faced with same problem as reported by many users here.

But it would be very helpful if Nokia could tell us when service will be available !

    Thank you.

Probably the message does not mean much right now. The important thing is the Symbian Signed has been transferred to Nokia just yesterday, and apparently it is not ready yet.

Do you know you will get 2 emails? One contains a confirmation link and once you confirm it, you will get another for download link. If you get only one "Confirmation email" then It does not work. And it does not work. I just tried.

What did you try and how does it work for you?

I get the confirmation email but not the email with the link to the signed file.
I have tried this a few times.
