    Post http get request doesn't work in nokia mobile device but works in simulator fine. ??

    I have test the following application downloading the bellow application

    the application works fine in my PC's simulator
    but in mobile device (I use Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia N82, Nokia c6) doesn't work. gives errors like "Permission denied", "Not Acceptable" or "Host Not found" etc.
    NOTE: I connect my mobile with WLAN (which is used by My PC) for internet.

    I can't understand whats the wrong. please help me. is there any permission setting for the specific application on mobile device. others application can browse the all internet page from mobile but only my above application can't. why?

    please help me.

    You should actually check the exca error note, write it here, and tell us excatly what is being done at the time you get the error. With symbian devices, you should have the NetworkServices capability defined for the process, without it you can not make any network connections.

    Search for qt networkservices in the Wiki (Community panel in the top-right corner).

    Yep, your application, makes a process in which it runs.

    Hi
    I have done a media player application using QT. my application does ..

    1. load a play list XML file from remote location via WLAN internet. and shows the playlist.
    2. on click event of playlist item the specified audio/video plays. note: audio/video file location is also remote via WLAN.

    my application works fine on my Simulator.
    But in nokia mobile device .... XML file loads and shows playlist fine but the audio/video is not playing. gives error ;- loading clip failed: Not supported
    I test a various type of file formats such as mp3 mp4 wmv etc.

    whats the problem? please can you help me.
