    Back Button mechanics in Qt.Quick

    Hi gurus,
Sorry for maybe a lame question, but...I am trying to implement a button within my app, whose function is just to go back to previous "state".
Right now my button returns a user to home screen (which is a Base State) via this code:
    onClicked: mainScreen.state = ''

I would love to see something like this working:
    onClicked: mainScreen.state = 'previous'

But it is not...what is the easiest technic to make Back button mechanics to work?

    Thanks in advance!

You will probably need to store the states in a stack (an array), so you can go back as many times as state changes occurred. This could be done in javascript.
