How to download JAR and JAD File from my Web Server?

    Hi
I want to download the application from our Web Server.
I have signed my application (Verisign Certificate).
My doubt is if i download only the JAD File whether it will invoke the JAR File to download or not?

Re: How to download JAR and JAD File from my Web Server?

You need to set the proper MIME type for delivery of JAD & JAR files on your webserver, and then place both JAD & JAR file in some folder on it.
Now hit the URL of JAD file from the mobile browser to download and install the app on the device.
JAD file contains the JAR file URL inside it and hence for installation, the application manager will fetch the JAR file after reading the JAD entries and install the app on the device.
    thanks,
