Both. Read the entire document and it will make sense why both those links add value.

    Thanks Itomuta,

The first link no. 8 say
8.Submit the created wrapped .sis file, application_installer.sis, to Ovi Publishing for signing, quality assurance, and publishing.
Which sis he mean, as the above steps does not create sis.

    please help me.

Fist of all, for the moment you can't submit applications created with the SDK 1.1. Also this SDK don't create the wrapper package for the moment.
Also, you must sign the app, and after that to sign also the wrapper package.
To create the wrapper package in SDK 1.0, use "make installer_sis"

True, how did we miss that? That page should end with building the app, the second one should have "make sis" and "make installer_sis" as the main steps. I'll have to review this and then create the needed bug reports.

For Ovi, the recomendation is to submit unsigned and now the tools support this option too. But apps signed with the devcert are also accpted.

You are right about Ovi not acceptiong Qt 4.7.x based apps yet, but the tools work and now Smart Installer wrappers can be created from the IDE as well. The command lines are working too.
