    C7 AMOLED ISSUES

i'm planning to buy nokia c7 but some c7 owners keep saying that there c7 have many many bugs i think there's a 500+ bugs even the latest FW cannot fix it all and the amoled issue of c7 and also the power failure of this phone i think nokia is begin to be blind and deaf in this issue of c7 if the nokia is keep making c7 as an imperfect product they need to stop to produce this unit because many people will suffer and waste their money buying this imperfect and unconditioned product

IF NOKIA DOESN'T FIX THIS I THINK ALL C7 OWNERS WILL DUMP THIS PHONE

    Re: C7 AMOLED ISSUES

    Hi grimmyrippy, and welcome!

All feedback is good and we need it in order to further improve our products and the general user experience.

What comes to a certain series of phones or a specific model, savaj is correct in pointing out that in this case the Nokia Support Discussions would be the best possibility for you to share your views and bring your opinions under further discussion.

The direct link for the C7 would be here: http://discussions.nokiausa.com/t5/Cseries/bd-p/Cseries

I ofcourse understand if you feel frustrated, but it may always be also that a specific mobile device hardware or/and the software within are faulty. Therefore it would be always the best to start with updating the phone firmware to the newest (taking first a full phone backup) and also ask some device specific advise on the Nokia Discussions. In case your problems keep on occurring, you can always carry your phone to the nearest Nokia Care point for full check/iup.

    Best Regards,
    Marko

    Re: C7 AMOLED ISSUES

    Hello grimmy!

The solutions that come to my mind right now are a) try a firmware update if that helps b) take the phone to the closest Nokia Care Center if the problem persists.

If you have a valid warranty on your phone, and there are outstanding issues that are confirmed to be due a problem under the warranty policy, then you will get the refund/fix/replacement as specified per individual customer case.

If you feel you do not know what to do exactly with your mobile and are facing these issues, I would suggest you would bring your device to the nearest care point, as in all your device is an unique piece of hardware. What I mean is, that it does not necessarily mean that when someone else has issues similar to what you have experienced, even in a mobile device of the same model or series that you have, they would be due to the exact and same fault or reason in both cases.

Therefore I would have your device a look by a specialist in a care point to find out exactly what is wrong with it.

    Best Regards,
    Marko
