    The reports are not completely updated yet. This should be done this week.

    Defenetly taking too long....Patience is a virtue...but common..from 24th last mont...4 more days and it will be a month of defective on line reports...that makes me really sad

    Yesterday they were more dead than alive, today it seems that updates have been restored. I'm getting addicted to this online report soap opera

    It would be nice if you could disclose what these errors are all about. Transparency is key here. Much easier to have patience if we knew what's going on. Because we are beings of knowledge, understanding makes it easier.

    During the server maintenance with Nokia Publish, the online reporting tool had not been fully restored. Nokia Store is a global distribution channel with over 10 million downloads per day and provides operator billing in 46 countries and credit card billing in 192 countries. Many transactions are processed each day and during this outage, the data was not fully processed to be displayed in your Nokia Store reports.

    We have managed to get the tool up and running again, and in this period, we are synchronizing both systems so that the data is repopulated to your reports.

    All issues with the online reports are now resolved and the missing data is fully restored and up-to date. If you see any discrepancies with your online reports, please contact Nokia Publish Support at developer.support@nokia.com.     I have got same colombian downloads again. It appears again somewhere in november.
    Colombia - 10 downloads - 1291.60
    Chile 7 - 351.16

    Please check it as quick as possible.

    Our average purchases per day has dropped by 50% compared with that before the report broke down. Anyone else has the same problem?
