    jiangpo!

Could you give me any advice on sending an MMS to the Emulator?

Im having trouble getting started, im currently getting a '400 Message Validation Failed' when i send

    POST / HTTP/1.1
    Content-Type: application/vnd.wap.mms-message
    Content-Length: 14
    Host: localhost:8000

Im expecting a '204 No Content'

Is there any good c/c++ source anywhere that you know of?

    Cheers

    Alan

Oh and to send MMS Notifications via SMS.
Im not sure how to do it via Nokia, but if you find an aggregator like wcl.com it can be done with simple TCP/IP

    Hi, alanskinner
I'm sorry. I have no any c/c++ soure for sending MMS to MMSC Emulator. I use the Borland Delphi build program.

At a very start, I have the same problem. when I post a message to the Nokia MMSC emulator, it response the "400" Error. Since I use Delphi 7.0 to rebuild the program, it response the "204". I think Delphi7.0's 'http control' is better than Delphi6.0's. Afterward I find Delphi6.0's 'http control' is not support the Http 1.1 protocal , although it has the 'http1.1' property.

You should find a better control or class for c/c++ , if you can't get any one . you should refer to the RFC2616 document about http1.1.

In addition: the following document is very useful. you can get them at www.froum.nokia

    1、MMS Center Application Development Guide
    2、External Applications Develpoer's Guide
    3、Wap-209-MMSEncapsulation

    good luck!

I have a better understanding of it all now too ;o)
I will get an MMS generator instead of writing my own!
