    New symbian signed portal problems

    Hi,

    we want to express signed app, and day before portal was renewed we have no problems.

    Today we have problems with "Submit app for signing", we are rejected with reason:

    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C21, SigningOption: Express.
    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C1F, SigningOption: Express.
    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C1E, SigningOption: Express.
    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C21, SigningOption: Certified.
    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C1F, SigningOption: Certified.
    UID is not registered for the current account., UID: 0x20033C1E, SigningOption: Certified.

    Before renewal we didnt have thise problems. We also test this with app version which was successfuly accepted half month ago.
    By policy this UID must be included.

    Is there any problems on new symbian signed portal?

    My symbian signed account is:liguocun@3g.net.cn

    Did you have multiple accounts prior to the renewal? If you look around, that is indeed a problem for many people.

    Hi there,

    I am personally not aware of such problems on the portal that would cause such error, if you have had things working ok before.

    Therefore I hope we can soon get someone to check this. I will myself try to find a contact to ask about this.

    Meanwhile, we just have to have some patience and wait.

    I met the same problem. The problem is: you requested uid by one account, and then attched your publiser id to another account. You must send an e-mail to symbian.signed@nokia.com, and then wait for the merge your accounts. I have been waiting for 3 days...

    sorry, I haven't received any response from symbian.signed@nokia.com, and can't signed my application just like you. I'm still waiting for it to be ok, and don't know when it will be ok.

    I think I have found the reason, my app UID is not in my current account, however, before the reform of symbiansigned system , I can successfully signed.     Maybe my activity can be misleading, but I am not an employee of neither Nokia nor Symbian Signed, so I can not do anything.
    symbian.signed@nokia.com is the mailing address where you can send such request, if you check http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...igned-accounts, Inter_fan has got back his UID-s for example.

    Hi Maveric,
    I have gotten my UIDs back already, but now I got new problem, I try to sign an application with 'TCB+AllFile+DRM', it always was rejected by the reason:
    Your submission requires capabilities that are not available for signing option: 'Express'
    Your submission requires capabilities that are not available for signing option: 'Certified'
    Your submission requires capabilities that are not available for signing option: 'ManufacturerCertified'

    I have sent 2 new capability agreements to Risto.Helin by Post and a scanned one by email, but not OK until now. Plz help me, thanks, I have been waiting for 9 days!
